1. How can i make a booking or send inquiry?
You can book online 24/7! Simply choose your tour, fill your information on our website booking form. You can also click here to make an enquiry and ask us any questions - we will endeavour to reply within 24 hours.

2. When will my booking be confirmed?
This usually takes 3-5 days and can vary depending on the destination and if there are any holiday periods. We will then send you an updated invoice showing your deposit payment and details of tour services.

3. Can special requests be arranged?
We will do our best to accommodate your special request. Please advise us of any medical requirements, special meal requests, special needs, or mobility impairment at time of booking.

4. When will I receive my tour documentation?
Two weeks before you travel you will receive your final documentation, including a detailed day-by-day itinerary, hotel list, as well as a suggested packing list

5. Do you allow children on your tours?
Yes, we allow children on our tours. We recommend that families with children of any age take advantage of our private tours. This will give you more flexibility while on tour.

6. Do you run guaranteed departures?
All tours are guaranteed at the listed price operating minimum of 02 travellers are booked to travel on that departure.

7. I am a solo traveller – do I have to pay a single supplement?
We understand that some solo travellers would happily share a room on tour to avoid paying an additional supplement. If you are a solo traveller who is willing to share, we will match you up with another solo traveller of the same gender on your tour and neither of you will pay the Single Hotel Room Option. If we are unable to find another solo traveller then you will pay for single supplement.

8. Are meals included?
Yes, daily breakfast at hotel, lunch and dinner we mentioned on itinerary. However we have also included several free evenings, offering flexibility for those who wish to explore local restaurants. Please check your day-by-day tour itinerary for details of which meals are included

Your group will be made up of travellers from diverse backgrounds and will be varied in age. Our groups generally mix well due to a shared interest in travel and eagerness to explore all that Asia has to offer.

2. How fit do I need to be?
We want you to have the best tour experience possible, so you should be in reasonably good health and be able to participate in all activities unaided. Some of our itineraries include difficult conditions which can make physical activities challenging. Each group tour is graded to reflect the level of fitness required to assist you in making the best choice

Our passengers generally enjoy the mixture of Australian, New Zealand and British, American clients on tour. Occasionally we are joined by English speaking passengers from other countries.

6. What is the dress code on your tours?
The dress code while on tour is very relaxed; however please note that clothing covering the arms and legs may be more appropriate when visiting religious buildings. We suggest smart casual attire for the evenings.

Yes, you are required to pay a deposit of 30% before we process your booking

You are required to make full payment at least 2 weeks before tour depart.
